Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Pep AI app ("App") or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Pep AI is a personal protocol tracking application for logging doses, schedules, and outcomes related to peptides and similar compounds, including GLP-1 and research peptides. Pep AI helps you track a protocol you already have — it does not create, recommend, or endorse any protocol, compound, or dosage.

3. Medical disclaimer

• Pep AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• Any compound, dosage, or schedule information you enter reflects your own pre-existing protocol from your own research or a licensed healthcare provider — not a suggestion from Pep AI.
• Content in the Learn library and reconstitution calculator is provided for educational and reference purposes only and is not personalized medical guidance.
• You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol, and before making any decisions based on information in the App.
• Pep AI is not a substitute for professional medical care, and use of the App does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pep AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Sign-in is handled via one-time email passcodes; you're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

5. User-entered content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the protocol, dose, and check-in data you enter. Pep AI does not verify, validate, or endorse the safety or accuracy of anything you record. Exported health record PDFs reflect exactly what you entered and are provided for your convenience when speaking with a healthcare provider.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's billing terms. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's operation.
• Use the App to provide medical advice or treatment recommendations to others.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

8. Intellectual property

Pep AI, its logo, and all associated content and software are owned by Codanix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or this website without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any harm resulting from decisions made about a protocol, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
